What have you achieved in the past 25 years?

Since opening the doors in 1989 at 9 Birkenhead Street, North Fitzroy, a lot of things have changed, especially in technology. How did we ever get things done with just a single Apple IIE computer with a 512k hard drive and 256k memory! These days that's not even one image! And we only had one computer for the whole studio! Yes we also had some PCs for the client service and admin staff, but try getting a Mac to talk to an IBM in 1989. We used to exchange word docs on floppy disks...floppy what?

It's really not that long ago, but in 1989 we used to actually write letters, have face to face meetings and talk on the phone...now it's texting, emails, social media...I know all the traditional communications haven't completely vanished but some of the social niceties have diminished.

What about if you needed to find information or look something up. What wouldn't we have given for "Dr Google" instead of dictionaries and encyclopedias in 1989.

One thing that hasn't changed is our marketing approach, combining strong strategic thinking with highly creative executions.

And a critical skill that's never changed at Origination is our ability to find the answer to challenging issues, uncover ideas on how to motivate customers, or just manage projects in a timely, professional and cost effective manner.
